Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the original, unwashed items with tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
